I am an account executive/customer service administrator who is office based and supports the external sales team, my main duties include, customer service taking telephone calls and emails and dealing with these in a fast and effective manner, taking sales enquiries, works order processing, estimating, communicating at all levels of the business internally and externally, following the route of the job from the enquiry stage through the works until completion and delivery.
